Power BI Column Chart

Hi, I've 2 columns in excel, one with the applications submitted dates (last 5 years) and another column gives me the status of application (pending, complete, incomplete etc). How do I create a column chart in Power BI which can display 5 years separately as well as on the individual year gives me a breakdown of how many applications are pending and how many are complete. So far I can only see 5 bars - one for each year but not the application status breakdown. Cheers.
