Power BI Card Visual - Blank visibility

I have the below given slicers and cards in my report. When the slicer is selected with all months, then the cards should show as 'NA'. Appropriate value should appear only when we selecte the individual months.

How this can be done ?

@Anonymous , NA will change data type you can show blank

If(isfiltered([month year]), [measure], blank())
