Power BI August filter using numerical value doesn't work

On Power BI Desktop (August release), using a numerical filter doesn't work as expected. In case greater than is selected all the data dissapears and in case less than is selected all the data is shown. Publishing the report to Power BI Service makes the filter work again.

 

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

    It seems to be a problem with our systems on site. When using the same pbix file on an Azure image with the same Power BI Desktop version, it works fine.
