Power BI App Users: Not Loading (Almost Done)

I've had a few users recently where the reports on the Power BI App won't load. Its been happening for the past few days and it just says "Almost Done" forever on the loading screen.

Any ideas?

This issue seems to be an isolated issue.

As we are not able to reproduce this issue on our environment, I would suggest you create a support ticket on https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/ for better assistance on this issue.

Same with me. My collegues are telling me the reports are not loading recently on their laptops.

But on my device, they load.

I cannot find a solution to this. I just tried their device to access it in Internet Explorer and it works there. But in Firefox,

it is just saying almost done.
