Power BI Active Directory Connector weirdness

Hi Community

I'm playing around with Power BI's Active Directory connector and I have some very noob questions:

1.) Is there any documentation on how to use this connector specifically?

2.) I'm seeing weird things like the Sites table is empty but O know the environment has sites created etc. because I can get the information using PowerShell

3.) The same thing applies to other AD infrastructure related things such as Subnets

4.) However the OU table is not empty

Can anyone explain to me the difference in behaviour of these tables?

Hi @PeterJOInobits ,

There does not seem to be much documentation in this area. I found a video that contains some details of the process, I hope it will help you.

Power BI and Active Directory

For AD connector, the working environment limits my possibility to do further testing. I hope someone else will continue to answer your questions and I will continue to follow this post too.

Best Regards,
Gao
