Power BI Action List

Hello. I use power bi to model data for my company. I have made some good daily and weekly...etc recaps that are used in meetings. We always keep separate action logs (who what when) that are not linked to power bi. I was wondering if there are any addons or tools people have used that allow them to physically type into power bi web app to catalog action items? There are so many different facilities that it would be nice to only see yours when you filter down. Outside of creating an excel file where everyone in the company puts their action plans I can't find a way to do what I am looking for and need help.
