Power BI APP link is not loading
Hi
I have created an APP in Power BI Pro with some report on it. I have a Pro lisence. But the link for this APP which i have shared with others in the org is not working for me (previously used to work) however working fine for others. Any idea why this is happening.
If i login to "app.powerbi.com" and then i can access the APP. but the direct link to APP is not working i am getting message "building your APP" but it never loads.
regards,
Gopi
Hi Gopinath_iyer ,
Refer to the following steps, click Powerbi (free), the page will jump to the entire tenant has free license members, select the specified members and delete them.

Hi
Thanks for the reply.
I am the one sharing the link and within org. The issue is only for me. All others can access it.

Hi Gopinath_iyer ,
Referring to a similar solution, you can try the following to see if it works:
Go to the workspace where the primary dataset was published. Go to dataset, select options and then Manage Permissions. Enter all of the necessary user emails or security groups & save. Once you do this the app workspaces where you copied reports to should work without issue.
If the problem is still not resolved, please provide detailed error information and let me know immediately. Looking forward to your reply.

Henry

Hi Gopinath_iyer ,
Try logging into Microsoft 365 admin center to see which licenses are assigned to the corresponding user. As far as I understand, the Power BI (free) license is first assigned to the user account. Second, then the Power BI Pro license is assigned. After deleting the free license, try to log in again.
after delete
Let me know the result immediately, looking forward to your reply.
