Helper IPower Automate - send email when Power BI report is REPLACED
Hi all -
Due to the somewhat unique ways that our source data is generated and modified we need to refresh our Power BI reports manually and then upload them to a workspace.
The reports have the same name, so Power BI asks if you want to REPLACE the existing file. Yes, we do!
However, we need to advise the report users that the report has been replaced with a newer version. Is there a way I can use Power Automate to automatically email a bank of email addresses when a report has been replaced?
Clunky, I know. But until we get our sources sorted that's the situation we're in.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't think that we have some generic automation for this goal.But you can combine workarounds of notifications and alerts.

The first is about how to create some indicator of the changes in the report ( in your case it can be just refreshing)
