Power Automate refresh button failed to refresh after computer restart

Hello,

I've create a flow in my Power BI dashboard and use Power Automate to refresh my dataset however, after i restart my laptop (im using company laptop and company workspace) my Power Automate refresh button starting to show failed refresh. What am i missing with this? Thanks!

This is the error im getting *Looks like your flow's operation is hitting an action limit designed to protect the connector service being called.

Ohh i didnt know that, how to know how many runs do i have per day?
