Hi everyone,
I have a dataset with a table that comes from manual input. I want to create a button in the report that triggers the refresh of only that table, for the user to trigger it when he changes the table values. I have created a cloud power automate flow that does this, and it works properly.
However, when I add the power automate visual in the report and try to connect it to the flow I don't see any. I also tried to add it as the next step after clicking on a button, but I see no actions for 'run a cloud flow'.
So is there any way to either:
- Trigger a cloud flow run after clicking on button
- Refresh a dataset specific table (I am unable to edit the code in 'refresh a dataset' to select only one table, and I don't want to run a full refresh).
Hi @Anonymous ,
I tested and it worked fine. The flow created in cloud appeared in Power BI Desktop.
Could it be your network latency, or is it due to the difference between your cloud and local accounts?
The following is Jianpeng's reply to the complete process, you can refer to it:

Thanks!
I manage to do it like this using HTTP POST call to refresh a specific table in the dataset.
However I was wondering why I couldn't see any cloud flows that were already created? They were in the same environment and my user account is the same.
You can try uninstalling and installing the latest version of Power BI Desktop to see if this issue is resolved, @Anonymous .

I will reply to myself for one of the questions... I was able to use HTTP POST action to refresh only one table. However, I am still wondering, why cannot I select the flow that I had created previously in cloud? (There's more steps - mostly validations and send messages - in that flow so it would be great if I could use it).
