Power Automate Flow button- Export PDF download by user and send mail on top of that pdf

I have created a normal flow. 

My requirements are normal:-

1. As per the demo that I have given, the power automates flows need to be created for each page and for every environment and in turn we will have to create multiple flows to support this feature.
2. Need to check on the possibility of sending the email to the logged in user on click of the button. Manually adding permission to the user for the flow need to be automated.
3. I can also even think of just downloading the PDF file on click of the button instead of sending PDF in email.

If someone has idea please share your thought.

Yes ofcourse related to Power Bi only. From Power Bi Dekstop creating the flow only with use of Power Automate visual-Instant Cloud flow.
