Most Valuable ProfessionalI guess you could have your flow tack on a row to the end of your CSV table as part of the flow (just appending it). If I recall correctly though, I think the built-in export functionality in visuals' ellipsis menu shows applied filters in the Excel export. That one won't do CSV from the web, though, it's an Excel table.
