Power Autoamate Button to refresh a single query

Good Morning Power BI Family.

I am testing some new logic with the users.  They populate a sharepoint spreadsheet to add items to a power bi dashboard.   I have a daily refresh of the entire database.  this is a large dashboard and refreshes take several minutes.   The query to pull the data into the dashboard takes seconds because the spreadsheet only has 100 or so lines.   I know I can create a power automate button to refresh the entire dashboard, but i am looking for power automate button to only refresh a single query within the dashboard (the spreadsheet one).  I don't want users sitting there waiting for a long refresh.

Question / issue: Is it possible to create an Power Automate button in the dashboard users can click to refresh a "single" query and not all the queries?

Thanks for the help.

Hi @edpredpeanut
You need a premium license to have an option to refresh a single table.
Take a look at the linked video:

I must also point out that I doubt that it is possible to run two different types of refreshes (on the entire model/single table) on the same model.

Perhaps the better option would be to simply schedule several automatic refreshes throughout the day in general, without users having to refresh manually. And also add the last refresh time to the reports so they know when the refresh was performed.
