  • Go to the Power BI workspace (e.g., "IT Spend").
  • Click on the report → ... → Manage permissions → + Add user.
  • Add the required user(s) with Read access to the report.
  • Alternatively, give them Viewer role in the workspace.

Hi @Vijay_17,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Fabric Forum Community.

And also thanks to @BhavinVyas3003  for prompt and helpful response.

Try these troubleshoots to resolve the issue:

Verify Report Permissions: Ensure the user has direct access to the report.

Check Workspace Access: Confirm the user is added to the workspace with at least Viewer role.

Validate PowerApps Integration: Make sure the report is from a Premium workspace or the user has a Pro license.

Republish if Needed: Re-embed or republish the report if it was moved or updated.

Well and i fixed the issue....Created new workspace with different name, added new cotent (by selecting sample), pinned to newly created dashboard and subsequently Embedded Power BI in Power Apps.

Error i made : Created same name ( while pin with dashboard), and try to Embedded with Power Apps getting the bug.

Solution - While creating new workspace with new dashboard name, got fixed the bug
