Power Apps for Power BI - Edit/Save/ Refresh Fine - Reload Removes Existing Selection on Report.

I would like to check if this is an issue or I need explicit coding to resolve the issue.
Using direct query, I have PowerApps control on my Power BI report to Edit and Save comments for a selected row.
Edit, Save and Refresh works fine. However, when report refreshes all rows get unselected/ greyed out and I have to select the last modified records again.
I have following code under onSelect() for submitting Powerapps form
SubmitForm(EditForm1);
Navigate(ViewScreen,None);
PowerBIIntegration.Refresh();

Data does not refresh in Desktop but works fine under Power BI Service
