Powe BI line chart Issue

Why does the graph in Power BI show overlapping data lines and two different error bars, and how can I resolve this issue?

  • Hi mohdali  - This happens when multiple series are plotted using the same or similar values on the same axis, making it difficult to distinguish between them. This occurs when the error bar configuration is based on different measures or calculations that don't align with the data series.

to resolve the same, you can configure:

1.The data used for the lines and error bars is correctly aligned:

2.Verify that all measures and columns used in the visual are consistent in granularity (e.g., by date, category, or another dimension).
3.Check for duplicates in the data that could cause overlapping lines.

    4. Add a Legend to the visual to differentiate between the series.

    Hope this helps.
