Posting Date field text format how to make it dd/mm/yyyy ?

Hi All

I have import CSV table to PBI , one of the field is "Posting Date" the date format is text. mm/dd/yyyy.

I have try 2 way to transform the "Posting Date" to dd/mm/yyyy i get error look like below :-

1 way :- Add Column from example

2 way :- Change Type use local date format

Hope some one can share with me how to make it work ?

Hi,

That column appears just fine for me in both the tables when i open your file.

I have try again , By add coumn by example , this round i enter 10 example , and no more error. Great .

I need append the 2 GL table into 1 table . 

For GL_I table the Posting date format is text :- 

For GL Table the Posting Date format is perfect because is Date format of DD/MM/YYYY.

In order to apend both date , i need to make both date to dd/mm/yyyy.

when i try to change the date format for GL_I , i get into error row on date.
