Postgres DirectQuery in power bi service

Hi!

DirectQuery is working onPowerBI desktop and try to publish report to  PowerBi Service. After publishing the report to service its data credentials is showing with error. So i try to edit credential with correct details..But adding try to sign its showing an error like below.

I entered correct credential details only. Then also same error is coming..plse help?

@Anonymous , Make sure you have allowed ips of power bi Service to have access to PostgreSQL
