Post automatically being marked as spam

I have tried to post a question about an issue I have on powerBI but it is automatically marked as spam, could you please tell me what I can do to remove it from there?

I have moved this case out of spam.

I find that there is a same case you have posted on community before and I have replied to it. 

Here I will merge these two case as one. Please mark the helpful reply as the solution.
