Possible to create multiple hierarchies

As an example, I have 2 hierarchies that I would like to add into Matrix viz so we can flex our analysis using one or both together

1. Period

Year   Qtr   Month

2024  Q4   Oct

2024  Q4  Nov

2. Account category

Level1  Level2

Margin Sales

Margin Cost

Unfortunately I can only create one hierarchy that I need to drill all the way through. 

Is it possible to have 2 (or more) seperate hierarchies in Power BI matrix columns? We would like to drill something like ...

and then drill into Q4 ..
