Port range to direct connect to Azure Analysis Services

Hello,

We are trying to isolate a particular issue where we can't connect to Azure Analysis Services via Power BI Desktop using the corporate WiFi/LAN, but we are able to when using our own phone hotspot. We are having the same issue when using SSMS.

The assumption here is the corporate network is blocking particular ports.

If this is the case, what needs to be open?

Regards

Richard

Hi @richo,

As far as I know, the connectivity to Azure Analysis Services is done using port 80 or port 443, please open the two ports in your corporate network.

Thanks,
Lydia Zhang
