Pop-up window: size issue

Hello!

The pop-up size changes by the row selected. If i select the first row, appears a small unreadble window (1st image):

What can I do to get a size like this? (it happens only when I select the last row)

Set a custom size for the tootip page. The pop up window should change accordingly.

    Hey Andresss ,

you can avoid that when you chose a specific size for the tool tip page.

For that go to the page of the tool tip, go to the format panel without selecting anything. Under "Page size" chose "Custom" and give the page a specific size:

Like this the page will always display in that size you defined.

If you need any help please let me know.

      Hi selimovd

      Thanks for your answer.

Since before post, I already had a specific size in the page.

        Hey Andresss ,

        didn't see that, sorry.

To be honest for me it always worked with the fixed size. Maybe someone from community support knows more.

I will try if I can reproduce that, but I cannot promise as I never experienced that.

        Best regards
