Pop Up message

"Device Not Ready" when I try to refresh data. Any ideas why? I have the last updated version of PBI

Hi @Egda 

Please check the following points:

1.Check data source connection, make sure the source is available and it has the correct credentials

2.Check that whether you have the permission of the data source.

3.Try to clear the cache of Power BI Desktop, remove all permission on data source settings, then connect it again , then refresh it.
