Hi friends,
Unfortunately, I'm struggling while trying to recreate a parliament chart like the following one:
The following links are not helping that much:
I know Deneb can make a real difference here as well, but I have no experience at all.
Any tips?
Thank you very much for your time.
BR,
Dan

Hey @Anonymous, let me know if this is closer to what you're after. I'm not completely familiar with the dataset, but it appears a key difference between your dataset and PBI-David's is that he has a row for each dot, where your table is aggregated. That's why there were only 21 dots. I'm also not sure what the relationship between seats and mandates is, so if the label should say "Total Mandates", that's an easy fix.
In Deneb I exploded your dataset using the sequence and fold transforms.
If you expect a different color scheme, let me know which parties should be associated to which colors.
@Anonymous, I enjoyed making these updates. Hopefully this is closer to what you're after. Let me know.
Note - I had to create a disconnected party table for the slicer and a measure to detect when opacity should change.
Hi Madison Giammaria
Thank you for your help. I realy apreciated you excelent job. it´s there a way to order the party in the parliament seat ? for instance i like to have 1 PS and after all the left wing (B.E , PCP) and the same with PS/AD and the rest of all the right wing.

Hey @Anonymous, Check out this awesome .pbix shared by PBI-David. Seems to be exactly what you're looking for. If you need help getting it implemented, let me know. If this is enough to get you going, consider choosing this reply as the solution.

Thank you very much for your help @giammariam .
Unfortunately, I'm facing some problems while trying to recreate the exact same chart. I've also tried SandDance but without success.
Can you please take a look at the document?

Thank you once again.

Just awesome @giammariam, appreciate your help so much.
Color Scheme:
PS - Rose
PPD/PSD - Orange
B.E - Red
CDS/PP - Dark Blue
IL - Light Blue
LIVRE - Light Green
PAN - Dark Green
PCP/PEV - Black
CH - Grey
"TotalMandates" just provide us with the total of seats available, while "Mandates" assign the parliament seats for each party.
My main goal is to use a slicer to filter and display the seats of each party.
Thank you so much once again for your tremendous dedication.

I cant find the pbix file can you send it please.
Thank You.
