I would like to share this info as many like me suffering due to PowerBI tile not filtering the data when entire report is embeded in the powerbi tile.
This issue could happen when the table name or column name starts with a number like 123abcd. There is no documentation on why this happens or any other article out there to say this is an issue.
So, if you are embedding an entire report in Powerapps > PowerBI tile and trying to filter report based on user input, please ensure your table / column name always starts with text not with the number.
