Good afternoon,
I am working on 'Project X' that wants to visualize projected end dates for Project X by reporting month: For example,
Reporting Month Projected End Date of Project X
November 2021 October 13, 2024
December 2021 November 13, 2024
January 2022 November 25, 2024
I have been successful at plotting the dates by adding an additional column that converted the dates into numbers using the value function. The issues I am running into and need help with are:
1) When I plot the 'Projected End Date of Project X' on the y axis, the y axis labels are in numbers and not dates.
2) When I use the analytics forecasting tool, the data lables are in numbers (not dates) including the forecast and upper and lower bound.
Do you have a solution to this problem? Thanks in advance for your time.
Thank you kindly,
Stacy
Hi Pat,
If you have an example please show me. I did not see a solution within the Charticulator visual. I watched the video and followed along and I didn't see a solution.
Thank you,
Stacy
If you can't get one of the native visuals to work for you, you can always use the Charticulator visual, which does accept date values on the Y axis.
