Hi, I have a column called KPI with the various KPI and a column called value corresponding to each KPI. I am creating a particular measure for a slected KPI called Gross premium growth. Dataset has the figure for the various companies and various year, how do I create a measure for this and plot it as a line chart on PowerBI.
Thank you in advance.
@Anonymous ,The information you have provided is not making the problem clear to me. Can you please explain with an example.
Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
Appreciate your Kudos.
Hi @amitchandak , here is an example
| Company | Year | KPI | Value |
| ABC | 2013 | Gross premium growth | 100 |
| DEF | 2013 | Market Share | 200 |
| GHI | 2013 | Revenue | 300 |
| ABC | 2014 | Gross Premium Growth | 400 |
| ABC | 2015 | Gross Premium Growth | 500 |
I want to only select "Gross premium growth" in my measure and plot the value for 2013 to 2015 on the chart.
Hi @Anonymous ,
I hope your request is as simple as I understand it.
There is no need to create a measure, just put the fields like the following in the line chart.
Best Regards,
Stephen Tao
