Hello, Im very new to Power BI and the forum hence this might have been answered. I am currently trying to plot actual values on a line chart with no summarizations, average, mean, or any other calculations taking olace on the value. Just a standard x and y axis plot. I keep getting summations as default, ive tried clicking on the 'dont summarize' in Data view. I do not have it as an option in my data visualization tab either as i have seen as a solution somewhere on the forum.
I really would appreciate the help ASAP. Thanks in advance.
i am trrying to use a line plot visualization for multiple countries with population over a 5 years for example

What date granularity does your x-axis have? It might be that your field used in yaxis doesn't have that granularity...?
If you could share your sample data, that would make the process easier!
The date of the y axis is of yearly granularity. i.e. 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995 etc
Are you using a scatter plot visual? How many data points are you attempting to show? Do you see the blue i in the visual header?
