Plot Unsummarized data on X and Y chart

I need to plot time data on an X axis and variable data on a Y axis, without summarizing either.  It looks like this is not possible with a Scatter Plot.  What visualization do I need to do this?    ...

    Anonymous create a line chart,

     

    put x column on x -axis

    put y column on y-axis

    put x column on legend (you can turn off a legend in format) and you will get the following output

That is the chart I am looking for.  I just need to figure out how to get rid of the lines 🙂 .  Thanks for your help!  

 

I haven't fgured out how to give the "kudos".  I'd gladly do that if I can find how.
