Please help me solve this problem

I have a dataset containing two columns one column with Name Systemstatus contains values like systemic, systemic, systemic, systemic and the other column contains Timeouts i wanted to subtract values with System lock and system unlock if they are present in alternative manner for each usersubtract system Lock and Systemunlock value by filtering the Employee Nameafter filter dataset look like this how to subtract these two column values SystemLock and Systemunlock
