Please Help - Change WHOLE numbers to DECIMAL

Hello, I am pulling a time activities report from quickbooks online to Power BI, and the hours are not showing as decimal, and round down therefore giving me "0" numbers effecting my sum totals.  ...
Need Help

    What is the date type or format of the duration column in the quick book? Try change the data type to TEXT.

     

    And you should get a simple text column in power bi.

     

    Then just change the data type to duration.
