Hi all
I use play axis in my desktop, which works well. But when I publish to service, it don't work. I click play, it will always show loading, then stop, the data don't change. How to solve this ?
Thank you for your help
I notice this happens to me when I filter any visuals. I'd have to click stop first, then play again for it to work as expected.
Hi @Anonymous ,
By my test in the latest version of Power BI Desktop, the Play Axis visual works well in the Power BI Service as in Power BI Desktop. You may upgrade the Power BI Desktop, and then try it again, or try other browsers.
Best Regards,
Amy

@Anonymous , I have used play axis in the past and it works.
Refer to page 4: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Data-Stories-Gallery/Retail-Analytics-Analyzing-Retail-Sales-and-Target-Data/td-p/1252827
Just check the setting of the interaction. I recently observed the interaction is fill by default. Make sure it the filter. On power bi Clear cache and try. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/create-reports/service-reports-visual-interactions
Hi @amitchandak
I didn't see play axis in your image. The play axis is like below
I need it to interactive with others.
@Anonymous , Check here on page 4. It is working -https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Data-Stories-Gallery/Retail-Analytics-Analyzing-Retail-Sales-and-Target-Data/td-p/1252827
The image shown is for example. You need to click on play and open edit interactions and make sure other visuals is filtered ( No Fill /No block)
In case it not working. Share interaction screenshot
