Play axis

Hi all I use play axis in my desktop, which works well. But when I publish to service, it don't work. I click play, it will always show loading, then stop, the data don't change. How to solve this ?...

Anonymous , I have used play axis in the past and it works.

Just check the setting of the interaction.  I recently observed the interaction is fill by default.  Make sure it the filter.  On power bi Clear cache and try. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/create-reports/service-reports-visual-interactions

 I didn't see play axis in your image.  The play axis is like below

I need it to interactive with others.
