Pivot/Unpivot filter by data

Hi everyone, 

 

I'm looking some help to filter a chart by column. What dos at mean ? In this graph I have 5 different type of data by date. Q1, Q2, Q3, Q past and rest represent columns with data. I'd like to be able to choose what I want to display. I want to display Q1 with Rest. Then, only Rest. This objective is to have a filter and select which parameter I want to display.

If I try to use a filter, I got this. But, I'd like to have the possibility to choose which parameter I want.
