Pivot Table - One Fixed Field and other in Hierarchy

Hello,
I need to build a pivot table where the column section is based on Date Hierarchy as well as Country. I want the country to be fixed (Always showing up) where as the date part to come in hierarchy, i.e. drilling down from Year to weekly view. Is there any way I can achieve this ?

Even if there is a solution where I can modify values in the backend, that is appreciated as well

To achieve that you would need to put the country at the top of the hierarchy.

Is there any way we can make the Country field fixed ? so that it doesn't pop out? no matter how much we drill up

Yes I did, I worte it worng, it wasn't country but date also that I want to fix to the top most level (year) along with country, so that it doesn't pop out of the visual.
