Pivot / Matrix Data Reorganization

I want to pivot my data so that I can compare two identities side by side. Currently, the data for both entities is listed in one row, because their relationship is important to know. Here is an example of the formatting currently.

I plan on using the Smart Filter by OKVIZ to search for a specific ID. Any thoughts on how I could do this?

Mainly power query takes care of big chunk of work.
