Thank you.

Issue is resolved actually after publishing the report i was still in the application , but i should have been to Power BI Service to create Dashbaord using the reports.

I found pin in Power BI Service not in the Power BI desktop Application.

if anyone serching for pin please use the power BI Service in web to get the pin to create Dashboard

Hi @Balaji51

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Fabric Community Forum. Also, thank you @Akash_Varuna for responding on this topic.

The issue you are experiencing may be due to the type of workspace where the report is published or the permissions assigned to you. In Fabric-enabled or Premium capacity workspaces, the "Pin to dashboard" option might not be available for reports by design. Additionally, if you only have "View" access to the report, the pin option will not appear. This is different from classic workspaces where pinning was available from any report visual.

To resolve this, ensure you have "Edit" permissions in the workspace where the report is published. If permissions are correct, try creating a new dashboard manually from the workspace by selecting "New > Dashboard" and then add tiles accordingly. Please also confirm that the workspace type supports dashboard pinning as per the latest Fabric experiences.

You can refer to the official documentation here for more details:

Create and pin visuals to a dashboard (Power BI Service).

If this response resolves your query, please mark it as Accepted Solution to assist other community members. A Kudos is also appreciated if you found the response helpful.

Thank you!

@Balaji51 It might be because you lack the necessary permissions to pin visuals, or the report might not be published in Power BI Service. Additionally, browser issues or restricted visual settings could be causing the pin option to be hidden.

i have published the report but still same issue
