Pie chart

Hello Power BI Community!

I'm encountering an issue with the interaction between my pie charts on the dashboard page. I have one pie chart representing sales channels and another representing product categories. When I click on a specific product category, I expect the corresponding segments in the sales channel pie chart to shade, while the unrelated segments grey out, showing only the distribution within that category. However, currently, it only shows the total amount in the total pie without shading the specific channels. What could be causing this behavior?

Any insights or suggestions to troubleshoot and resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @Fransisca
As I mentioned in my first response I must see the data to help more.
Please create a small dummy pbix , save it in drive or something similar, and share the link with access.

Thank you for the response. However, the interactions between the pie charts is set to this and the effect only happens with one product, the other products when clicked do not have same effect.

Hi @Fransisca
Check the relationships in your model and the type of interactions.
For the "shading " effect they should look like this in my picture :

I also attached a pbix.
If the problem is not there please share a link to pbix of yours.
