Photos not getting displayed in Reports

Hi All,

I'm using third party visual called Image Carousel by MAQ Software to display the progress photos. The issue is the photos are not getting displayed in desktop. However, the photos are getting displayed for few users and not for all users after getting published in workspace.

It will be very helpful if anyone can find me a solution to display the photos or images in the Desktop and in the reports for all users after publishing in the workspace.

Are the photo urls public? if not, permission to those photos will come into play.

Hi @MuraliMAF ,

It is public if anyone who has the url can sucessfully acces it. Try opening the url in an incognito browser.
