Personal Gateway

pode me ajudar com a mensagem abaixo. obrigado!

Erro de processamento: Seu data gateway (Power BI – personal) está offline ou não pôde ser atingido. Garanta que o computador de gateway esteja ativado e que você esteja conectado durante o período de atualização agendada.

    According to the error message, you may not have the Personal Gateway running or accessible. Please follow this article to set up your Personal Gateway.
