Personal Gateway is showing Access Denied Error

Hi For Data Refresh, I installed PowerBI Personal and On Premises Gateway, for configuring Gateway when i am opeing Pwersonal BI Gateway it is showing "Access Denied Error" and is not allowing me to proceed.

Any Idea?

Hi @samihuq,

Could you try uninstalling both the installed PowerBI Personal and On Premises Gateway first, then follow steps from this article to install and configure the latest version of PowerBI Personal Gateway to see if the issue remains?
