Personal Gateway is offline or could not be reached

Hi all,

I have set up scheduled refreshes on a number of Datasets at multiple times a day.

When my computer is not turned on/logged on I have received the below failure message.

How can I set up scheduled data refreshes even if my computer is not on?

Hi , @HenryJS 

After my research, I'm afraid it couldn't achieve in Power BI for now.

Gateway is suggested to be installed on the machines that we seldom shut them down as the online document.

Also you can  install the gateway on a VM that is always running.
