Personal Gateway Problem seeking Enterprise Gateway Solution - HELP!!!!!

You use a On-premises data gateway based on your description above. Where the gateway is intalled, on your local computer?

From your second picture and refresh history, Power Bi service use your On-premises data gateway(personal mode) rather than On-premises data gateway to refresh your data.  "I am not enabled to change this option" means Enterprise Gateway can not be available. Maybe it's offline, or maybe you can't configure it well. Please comfirm you install the Enterprise Gateway well and add your datasource, and create a refresh schedule accurately.
