Personal Gateway Problem seeking Enterprise Gateway Solution - HELP!!!!!

I have created and published a report that connects to an enterprise gateway where my data sources live.  However, when my computer is not online, the scheduled refresh is failing - and I don't understand why or how to further troubleshoot.

 

I receive messages in the failure like:

 

Failed to update data source credentials: A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: Named Pipes Provider, error: 40 - Could not open a connection to SQL Server)

 

as well as:

 

Status Code 400

 

In my refresh History I receive the following referencing a Personal Gateway:


I am unsure why it regards this as a Personal Gateway setup, and based on the description below - I am not enabled to change this option.

    You use a On-premises data gateway based on your description above. Where the gateway is intalled, on your local computer?

    From your second picture and refresh history, Power Bi service use your On-premises data gateway(personal mode) rather than On-premises data gateway to refresh your data.  "I am not enabled to change this option" means Enterprise Gateway can not be available. Maybe it's offline, or maybe you can't configure it well. Please comfirm you install the Enterprise Gateway well and add your datasource, and create a refresh schedule accurately.
