I'm evaluating PBI for my company and need to know if a user can create reports and have them persist, allowing users to log in at any time to view them. We'll be connecting to a Postgres server through a series of queries, and some (or all) of the reports will be presenting trending data based on 3, 6, 12 and 24 months views. Each month, the data will refresh and advance a month, and I'm curious if that will pose problems for the created reports. We have users that we want to only interact with created reports. They will not be creating them. Thanks in advance!

We can create a Power BI report in Pwoer BI desktop, and then publish to Power BI services, then share a dashboard to other users. So other users can view this report at any time.

However, you need presistent rreport, I am afraid there is no such a functionally to achieve this requirement currently.
Thank you for your understanding.
