I retrieve the data via ODBC connection and the datasource only store 30 days data.
I would like to keep 1 year data in power bi dataset.
May i know is there any way it can be done and how can i automate the date retrieval and data housekeeping periodically. thanks
I am using power BI Desktop app.
Hi @clteh9 ,
Try to use incremental refresh to refresh your data set . It stores historical data as well as apend lastest data by time to time.
For your refrence of ODBC connection try to use below concept.

Thanks,
seems like it is only supported for Power BI Premium. I am not using Power BI Premium and Pro Version. Is there any way it can be done with Free Version?
