I think this depends on your specific senario. If you need to show complete related info when you click one point in the visual, I would suggest you use custom page tooltips, please refer to doc below:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/create-reports/desktop-tooltips#limitations-and-considerations

 

If you don't need to show custom related info in tooltip, you can create measures or calculate columns based on your specific senario.

Actually I don't want to show any measure or any data related. I'm talking about visual header feature on hover over (?) where I have to show description about chart and I am not getting option format the paragraph and I tried to custom page but that is too slow.

How I can achieve this?
