Performance Issues in Power BI Desktop

We have created Power BI dashboard report having 10 controls (Table,Card,Line Chart & Pie Chart) .  The data has been imported in Power BI Model which consists of around 12 Entity holding 3 months of data only.pbix File Size is 7 MB as of now .

When the report  open ,the control spins and it takes couple of minutes to load the data. We have use IMPORT mode since data volume is not that huge and the SQL view takes time if we go by DIRECT connect .

Dashboard connects to On Prem SQL SERVER with data feed as Views .

Please suggest how we can reduce the render time .
