Percentiles of a Column by PlayerID

I have a table of Records that consist of PlayerId,s and Points for each game played. I am looking for assistance in creating meassures that summarizes the points scored for each playerID into percentiles of (.10, .25. 50., 75, .90)

The percentage values will represent  -

10% of the time the player scored (X) points or less (In the sample x = 24.2 , but this value is calculated)

25% of the time the player scored 36.75 pointsor less (In the sample x = 36.75 , but this value is calculated)

etc..

PlayerID	10%	25%	50%	75%	90%
20001989	24.2	36.75	50.75	62.5	68.6
