Percentile for rolling period based on index

Hello Everyone,

I need to calculate 90/95/99 percentile based on every fifth index, so 90/95/99 percentile for values from index range 1-5, then 90/95/99 for index range 6-10 etc. Also I need to show it on a line chart where x axis is every fifth index (5,10,15 etc) and values are percentiles. C

I'm not quite sure if I understand your needs accurately.
Sample data and expected output would help tremendously.
